  • That I can tell you, arrive early and will be until it closes, the evil is that it closes early, I don't know if year-round but closes November 7

  • It's like Disney but for older kids and adults. We come here every year and stay for 10 days to two weeks and it doesn't get boring. So many rides and they are all fun.  more »
  • Had a problem while visiting; 3 wizarding wands were taken while we visited & one of the staff helped us replace them.....offered us her employee discount. She personally escorted us to the shops & we...  more »

  • Firstly, I love Universal Studios! My family and I go at least once a year. I'm not person who rides roller coasters, so it's great that there's such a variety of rides that anyone can enjoy. The 3D can get a little bit repetitive at times, but the enthusiasm that the staff brings makes you forget about it. The staff here really care about their jobs and I can tell they are very happy to be working here. They always made sure me and my party were safe, comfortable, and helped. Great customer service is essential to enjoying your vacation. The prices are steep, but it's very worth it because you're going to be treated with the utmost care. Parks are super clean. I know the lines can be long, so the express line pass is very worth it! I just want to talk about the customer service again there: I was taking care of my two year old niece who didn't want to wait in line at all on King Kong and wanted to cut. The woman who was working the live saw this. She was so empathic and polite that she gave me and my family express passes! My only complaint in my entire experience is the noise. Every ride made it feel like my ear drums were going to explode
  • There are so many things to do at the Universal Orlando Resort, you'll probably need at least a few days to do it all. They have a really nice mix of coasters to screen rides to water rides and kids attractions that everyone can take advantage of. And the Harry Potter sections are breathtaking. It's a must see when you make your way to Central Florida. Don't miss Skull Island, both Harry Potter attractions, Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, Transformers, the Mummy, Despicable Me and the Incredible Hulk. So much to check out.
  • It's been several years since I have been here but the staff was extremely friendly. We had many staff members come up to us throughout the park and simply ask if we were enjoying our stay. Brianna in Guest Relations was absolutely fantastic! She helped us with all our questions and needs; we were so surprised to learn she had only been working there several days (after her extensive training of course). She treated us like she had been working there for years. The wait times for rides were mostly minimal, especially compared to like Disney. They have great things to do for people of all ages, except maybe for kids under 3 or so. My only complaint would be cost for food and drinks, which was higher than most theme parks. Unfortunately parking is also high but it's the same price as all the other theme parks. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.
  • This was a wonderful theme park. Lots of rides and entertainment. The restaurants provided satisfying food choices and very nice quality. The designs for the different areas were amazing. From the Jungle Vibe of Jurassic Park to the wacky fun of Springfield and then there was Diagon Alley from Harry Potter. As I entered into the alley I actually stopped in my tracks. It is pretty amazing to take in. I spent a great three days there and look forward to visiting again.
  • My visit to Universal Studios was okay. Rides: The most fascinating thing about Universal Studios the 3D rides; my favorite being Transformers. They really make it seem like you are actually inside a animation. However the wait time to get onto these rides were very high. I did get on Transformer easily because we were on a tour. TOUR: The tour guides were very informative and professional Food: We eat at a pizza place across from the transformers ride. It was perfect, fast service, great food! (Although it was pricey)
