Pit your golfing skills against family and friends at Pirate's Cove Miniature Golf. This 36-hole course transports you into the world of 18th-century pirates, boasting a full-scale pirate ship, waterfalls, and caves. The attraction is designed to suit a variety of ages and skill levels; practice your putting on the original 18-hole course, try your hand at the advanced course, or do both for a special price. • Best mini golf experience, ever. Two courses with variety in theme and challenges. We enjoyed the water feature on one hole that sometimes gave an advantage if you hit the ball in the running water.
  • Great spot. Stopped through with my brother on a day trip up to Acadia, and was pleasantly surprised. The whole place is well decorated and maintained, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The courses are challenging enough to be satisfying, and take a good amount of time when played back to back. I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys mini-golf.
  • This is a very well maintained, themed mini golf course with fun pirate facts at each hole. You have the option of playing 18 or 36 holes; one course is easier than the other. The whole place is clean and well decorated with greens that are in great condition, which is a nice change from many others that show their age with holes worn in them. Some holes are shaded and some are sunny, but it's a very nice design overall. Keep track of your score, it will pay off!
  • Friendly staff, great mini golf lay out, clean facility and a fair price. My yearly trip to bar harbor simply isn't complete without a stop at pirates cove.
  • Coming here is kind of an annual tradition for our family. We usually try to find an off time or come off season, because it's very popular (read: crowded) otherwise. The course is fun and well maintained. The challenge course is noticeably more difficult, and may not be a great choice for children or the easily frustrated.
