  • We drove only the line of Clarence Ficksburg that direction Ficksburg was beautiful. On the way back we took a detour towards Senekal and then over dirt roads back to the R26, breathtaking and fantastic for birding. Caution, fucking castle on Sunday afternoon dead pants, no Cafe is open only KFV etc., But the route compensated for it.

Where to stay in Maseru

A sure benefit of a quiet and small town like Maseru is that each hotel can be accessed quickly via taxi or public transport. The majority of the accommodations follow the main boulevard, which makes commuting easy. For those looking for something more removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center, the lakeside in the north is home to a few budget-friendly hotels and guesthouses. All establishments can be reached by taxi; the pricier ones usually have internet connection, as well.
