  • A must see site for all Canadians to appreciate our political system. You need to get tickets for the tour across the street by the Terry Fox statute. Go and see the House of Commons and the Senate. D...  more »
  • With luck, we got no h tickets. A French tour but we could at least visit the building. Security is a joke. It is controlled manually (in the rain outdoor) to then need to give everything through an x-ray. Otherwise very impressive.

  • Parliament is always an amazing place to visit. And Canadian architectural gem with well maintained grounds. Security are all over the grounds. Safe place to bring the family. This year we were able to make it up over the Christmas holidays. We were able to make it out for a skate on the Canada 150 hockey rink right on parliament hill.
  • Only way it could have been better is if Justin Trudeau wasn't there as PM. Lots of construction as always. You can't get all the way around behind parliament past the library as it is blocked off at the stairs that go down the ravine area on the west side. Had a tour which was great. The ticket lone moved fast. The king of Belgium and his wife were there when we visited. Quite the entourage they travel with. They kept GM in business with all of the Suburbans and Yukons.
  • My wife and I went to see the Canada 150 nightly show here and it was awesome. A lot of people showed up to watch and was a bit crowded but the atmosphere was great. I really hope they continue doing things like that because it was a great representation of Canada. I would definitely go back if they had a similar experience commemorating something else.
  • Amazing architecture! This is a great place to visit if you are in Ottawa. Probably the number one attraction. They give a free tour of the Parliament building. Our tour guide was excellent and informative. You are encouraged to ask questions about Canadian politics so that as a group you can leave more informed. On the tour, you are allowed to take photographs of the amazing beauty of the building. It was an excellent visit, and highly recommend it!
  • The parliament hill is among a very few worth visiting spots in Ottawa. I had lots of fun there with friends and alone. It looks lovely and it is very lively. Unfortunately I didn't get to catch the parliament tour because the line was always ridiculously long or the tickets were sold out. I would definitely visit if I were visiting Ottawa but I wouldn't visit Ottawa just to see it
